Beschreibung
Der Stichwortbrowser ist in der Lage, Ihr MindMap nach Stichwörtern zu durchforsten. Falls Sie zu den
Astknoten noch zusätzlich Text
hinterlegt haben, so wird auch dieser durch den Stichwortbrowser analysiert. Wenn bei einem Astknoten
eine weitere MindMap durch
einen Hyperlink hinterlegt ist, dann kann der Stichwortbrowser auch all diesen verknüpften Maps folgen
und dessen Stichworte in die
Liste aufnehmen.
Natürlich können pro Astknoten noch beliebig viele zusätzliche Stichwörter dazudefiniert werden. Ebenso
können pro Astknoten
mehrere Quellenangaben zum Thema gemacht werden. Stichwörter und Quellenangaben werden beim Zusammenziehen
der Stichwörter
berücksichtigt. Mit den zusammengezogenen Stichwörtern ist es dann möglich, diese in einer alphabetischen
Liste zu überblicken. Bei
der Anwahl eines Stichwortes wird automatisch eine Liste aller Astknoten aufbereitet, in welchen der
selektierte Begriff vorkommt. Sie
haben dann die Möglichkeit, via Click auf so ein Verweis direkt an entsprechender Stelle im MindMap
zu landen.
Der Stichwortzusammenzug kann in die Zwischenablage kopiert werden. Das Format entspricht dem einer
Konkordanzdatei für Winword
und kann dementsprechend im Word als Hilfsmittel zur automatischen Stichwort-Selektion verwendet werden.
Zusätzlich kann der
Stichwortzusammenzug in einem Report aufbereitet und ausgedruckt werden. Darin enthalten sind jeweils
das Stichwort, dann alle
relevanten Astknoten inklusive der Angabe des Map-Namens und schliesslich, falls definiert, die Quellenangabe
dazu. |
